Simply put, Standart offer is, as the name suggests, the normal offer. It is only valid on the route purchased. It is not limited and can be purchased at any time and always costs the same. The ticket can be refunded or exchanged up to the day before departure.
The Saver Day Pass is a dynamic offer whose price can change. In principle, the earlier you book, the cheaper it is. A Saver Day pass is not only valid for the route but is a day pass for the entire public transport network in Switzerland (excluding mountain railways and certain boat routes). Saver Day passes are limited and are only sold while stocks last. Saver passes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
