Hello,
On 27th of January, my partner and myself bought tickets (Supersaver) from Zürich HB to Konstanz and back for Saturday, 10th of February.
Twenty minutes before leaving, we noticed in the SBB app that our trains were cancelled.
Will these tickets be refunded? We paid both 20.80 CHF and had to go by car instead now.
I checked the SBB website, but in the app nor on the website we have the possibility to request such a refund. Am I overlooking something?
