Hello! Unfortunately I had a technical issue with SBB Mobile. I was trying to buy a ticket Lausanne-Bern, the system kept messaging about “impossible to fulfill you request”. So, I found a controller in the train and asked to buy a ticket. He kindly sold me a ticket (including 10 chf for a service). Two hours later I noticed that I bought 5 tickets via app SBB Mobile!! And one more in the train 🙂
How should I ask for a refund?
