Tickets not shown in mobile app

I purchased tickets online and logged into the SBB app on my phone. How can I get tickets to show in the app on my phone?

What kind of tickets did you purchase?

Swiss Travel Passes, the Swiss Half Fare Card, and certain international tickets are not available through the app.

Thank you for your prompt reply, Roland. I purchased a single bus ticket. I was hoping the app would store my tickets during my week-long visit. I was sent a QR code for the ticket in my email, but I was hoping to not have to go back to my email for the code each time I ride.

For which stretch did you purchase bus tickets? We might have to check this case further.

For data protection reasons, simply let us not the start/end destination. Do not mention the ticket ID, thank you.

Hi, I purchased 2nd class bus tickets from Pontresina/Schlossgarage to Celerina, Olympia Bob Run. It is a round trip. I logged into the app on my phone, using the same email I had used to purchase the tickets. But my trip is not in the mobile app, and I just cannot see a place in the mobile app to input my tickets.
