Refund for Swiss Travel Pass as a guest

I bought a Swiss Travel Pass (6 days for 2 people) that I have requested for cancellation and refund. Can you please let me know when can I receive my refund and how much will be the cancellation fee?

The reason I have canceled my pass is that I don’t need the 6-day pass but need to buy the 4-day pass for 2 people.
I am anxiously waiting for your reply because I intend to buy the 4-day travel pass soon and once I am sure I am getting the refund, I will be able to book. My request no. is CS007555205.

Have you bought the passes from SBB? Only then SBB is able to refund your passes provided a refund is justified.
