I purchased 6 swisspass but I don’t have the customer number. What should.i do?

You purchased the Swiss Travel Pass. The SwissPass is for residents 🙂

Only Swiss residents do have a customer number. As a tourist using the Swiss Travel Pass, you do not have a customer number and do not need one. You can simply hop on the public transport services with your Swiss Travel Passes.
