Online purchase did not recognise discount card

I just bought 2 tickets from Switzerland to Munich.
I entered passenger details carefully as my daughter has recently upgraded from a half fare crd to a GA. I made sure both of our discount cards were selected and checked this at several points during the process.
I paid and have received confirmation but it says my daughter does not have a discount card, so has been charged the full price for all legs of the Swiss travel.
How do I go about correcting this?

Is it a Supersaver or Saver ticket? For these tickets no discount is granted as they are already discounted. The GA / Halbtax is only taken into account if you purchase a ticket at regular fare, and only for the Swiss stretch.

You could have purchased the tickets from the border station only, using your GA to get there.

Please check tarification of your tickets. You can ask at SBB Kontakt Center for a refund for Zürich Flughafen to St. Margrethen already included your GA.
