harsh23 Hey, I bought Swiss Travel pass as a guest because i was not able to register in SBB website or app, now i am able to sign in but cannot see my Travel Pass. Please suggest how can I add my travel pass to my account
RolandP Hello harsh23 The Swiss Travel Pass cannot be displayed in the SBB Mobile app, no matter if you are authenticated. You can add it to your wallet or show it as PDF. Please kindly note, all e-tickets require a physical passport from the person travelling. Kind regards, Roland
