Theeraullee44 We just bought yesterday, and we are still in US. What other proof you want? Like I said when we place the order yesterday, we forget to change the date.
RolandP Hello Theeraullee44 You can contact the SBB customer service, perhaps they will refund it as a courtesy; from the tariff perspective, however, they are not obliged to do so: https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/customer-service/praise-comments/claims-complaints.html And, you have to be careful, here in Europe we enter the date as dd/mm/yyyy; it can be tricky for dates where the day and the month can be entered either way.
