My wife and I want to travel from Zurich to Vienna in September. When I tried to book tickets on the website I was told that seat reservations are not possible. How can I ensure we are seated together?

Please contact our customer service to ask why it’s not possible to reserve. Sometimes it’s blocked because of construction, sometimes it’s fully booked.
