I tried last night to purchase tickets for Zurich HB to Munchen Hb for my family. Twice, the charge hit my credit card (shows as pending now) but then instead of making the reservation, it states “This purchase could not be carried out. A technical error has occurred. Please select your preferred product again or try a new search via the timetable overview”. I tried doing that, but that’s when it ended up charging my card again.
I don’t think the circumstances of our trip would matter, but these were tickets without a pass for the adults, and Junior Fare card for the children. It did say that there were no seat reservations available.
I am assuming my pending credit card charges will drop, but will keep an eye on that. Just need to figure out what charges I will incur to make an international call, as it seems that’s the only way to get in touch with someone for customer service.
