I often commute regularly on the same days on the same route. However, given home office and part time work, a regular subscription wouldn’t work for me. With Halbtax PLUS I now have the option for a subscription.
However, now I have to remember every morning to buy my ticket. If I forget to buy it (or swipe in) I travel unintentionally without a ticket.
I think it would be a great feature for the SBB Mobile app if it would remind me to buy a ticket. It would be an addon to the already existing feature that announces delays on my commuting lines.
One could imagine that there will be a push notification “Do you want to buy a ticket for your commute?” a few minutes before my trip. Upon opening the push notification, it would take me directly to the “Buy a Ticket” screen for my commuting line.
