Hello,
recently i closed my bank account, that bank account was linked to my TWINT. The refunds would go that account. So i bought tickets via SBB app (forgot about me paying via twint there). I cancelled my purchase and expected to get a refund. after few a day or two a got a TWINT notification that SBB tried to refund me but the linked account is closed and i was asked to provide the new account to be credited. I did that, but then nothing happened for few days now. I expected the refund to be retried or something.
So now I don’t know if i should bother SBB or TWINT about it. So let me ask here then should SBB retry the refund?
