When purchasing the Swiss Half Fare Card from SBB, the purchase is instantly confirmed by a purchase confirmation e-mail containing the Swiss Half Fare Cards. Please check again your credit card statement.
The purchase may fail because the SBB webshop requires 3D secure as 2-way factor identification which some people from overseas do not have activated. In case it does not work with your credit card, try purchasing it from this webshop:
