My tickets (both Half fare card and saver day pass) were not appear on SBB.mobile

I purchased my HFC on May 5 (valid from July 14) and SDP today (valid on July.14 too). I received the confirm e-mail with the QR-code. However, the tickets were not appear on my SBB.mobile app automatically. How can I make them appear on the APP?

Tickets do only appear if they were bought as an authenticated user. As a guest, the tickets will not appear in the app, and it is not possible to manually add them at a later stage.
