Hello,
I had been to SBB counter to purchase half fare travel card and during the payment, the payment says “Transaction OK”, however the the person in the counter told me that the payment did not go through. He said, the card payment is not happened and I will get refund in 24 hours. I did payment 2nd time and it went through.
Can you please let me know how many days it takes to get the refund of failed transaction. (however money deducted from my bank).
