When you make a purchase at SBB, you will always receive confirmation by email. If you have received neither an order number nor a confirmation e-mail from the SBB, your account was not charged.
Datatrans is a payment service provider. If you receive a “Datatrans error message”, it has something to do with payment. For more information, please contact your card provider or your bank directly.
The HTTP 405 status code indicates that the server has received your request, but the resource you are requesting doesn’t support the request method. This may occur if you’re using an incorrect method, or the server is configured to disallow the said method. I recommend check the URL and the safety parameters.
Our correct website is sbb.ch/en, you can buy the Swiss Travel Pass here. Alternatively, you can buy the Swiss Travel Pass at the SBB station counter when you arrive in Switzerland.
