Hello, I just realised that we’ve been using the monthly subscription for 5 years, instead of the yearly. (GA plus duo).
We got a discount for long term subscriber but it’s still more expensive.
Can we easily switch to yearly ? Can the long term discount be transfer as well ? Any chance for a retroactive total adjustment (we paid a lot more in 5 years than we should have).
