Debrc My husband has cancelled the Swiss Half Card for both of us on Feb 28th. We have not yet received the refund to our credit card. We have a Case number assigned and even received a confirmation email about the cancellation. When do we get the refund?
RolandP Hello Debrc A refund can take multiple days, sometimes even 10 days. The credit card payment is handled by a third-party company. Kind regards, Roland
