Kindly note, to avoid any possible confusion, your ticket is named Swiss Travel Pass, which is a tourist offer. The SwissPass is a different product for residents.

No, this is impossible. Passes that were bought through an agency or as a guest on sbb.ch do not appear in the SBB Mobile app. A manual import is not provided.

Perhaps, you have purchased one upgrade as a registered user and the other as guest?
Never mind, you are welcome to show the tickets from your phone (PDF / E-Mail).
Bear in mind that every passenger must show their physical passport (no photos, no copies) upon ticket check.
