Change Country in Personal Information

Hi, I is there a trick to scroll down or up the countries? I have tried 2 computers and the down or up arrows dont change the curser as I am trying to get to the US. I am using MACs. Thanks

GeorgeK I ended up contacting SBB Chat and they fixed the country. The system would not allow me to advance countries passed A, and while in theory you are supposed to be able to change your date of birth, while I can change the date the system keeps changing it back. I’m not going to bother worrying about this issue however.
