Timetable discrepancies

Am looking for a train from Zurich to Interlaken Ost on March 9. A 11:02 departing train is displayed on the online timetable.
When proceeding to purchase the ticket, the departure time is changed to 12:02.
Have attached a before-after screen shots. Any idea what’s going on?

There was probably a technical glitch. Please try again, it works fine with me.

Regular point-to-point tickets are valid on any train on that line / day. So you could purchase it for any connection.

I am having the same issue with tickets from Lucerne to Interlaken on June 9 2024. No matter which connection I choose, it switches to 9:06 train. And if I pick the 9:06 train, it switches to the6:06 connection.
This has been going on for several days. I am using a half fare card.
What is going on?

RolandP Just tried again and same thing happened. It changes to a connection 3 to 4 hrs earlies. This is on the SBB.ch website only
No matter if I choose Interlaken OST or West. Same changing of connection

Well I kept trying. Now from Interlaken OST to Zermatt the same thing happens. I pick a specific connection time and as I go to purchase ticket the actual train connection time is changed to several hours earlier. Is Interlaken an issue??

As often as I try to reproduce the case, I simply can’t. Without revealing your personal information, could you please let us know from which country you are trying to look up the connection?

We had in the past, yet with the old webshop, the same phenomenon with people from another time zone. I fear the same bug is back again.

I am in Georgia. USA. In daylight saving time east cost. I believe we are 5 hours behind you. I tried again today using a Sunday in March as a travel date. Once I selected a specific connection and clicked on buy tickets it change the connection to :3 hrs earlier. Thanks fir your help

I’m really sorry. It’s not the first time that we have this kind of issues. We fix it and then another similar problem pops up in another reagion.

I suggest downloading the SBB Mobile App. There, you can connect using the same user credentials as on www.sbb.ch to purchase tickets. The problem should not appear there.
