I find it remarkable that you take responsibility and wish to integrate yourself into the Swiss society as best as possible.
If it was your first time that you were travelling without a valid ticket, you may contact SBB to explain the situation and why you took the wrong ticket. You can find the phone number on the receipt that was handed over by the ticket inspector, have a look at the bottom part of the document. Phone: 0848 00 11 33.
