Actually I’d like to purchase the tickets of tuesday 09.07.2024
So I definitely chose 09.07.2024.
But unfortunately, I surprised to see the tickets’ date that were written by 10.07.2024
I don’t know whether system error or my mistake.
Could you cancel my booking - tickets of Wednesday 10.07.2024?
If you’d refund, I’d like to repurchase tickets of tuesday 09.07.2024(same place, same time)
I am looking forward to your favorable reply soon.

We have analysed the situation, and it turns out that, depending on the region from where you have purchased the ticket, there is currently a technical glitch. The date of validity is set to +1 day from the originally entered date of travel.

Please get in touch with the SBB Customer Service to change validity at no cost. You can use the form below, simply mention that you were instructed by the SBB Community.
