Dear members of this community,
I bought tickets a few weeks ago for a trip on the 13th of March, from St. Johan im Pongau to Geneve. With transits at Salzburg and Zürich. I got a message from the traincompany that states that one of the trains is arriving two hours late at zürich, which means I miss the transit to Geneve, which is about, 1 hour and 48 minutes earlier.
The website is very confusing, and I am not sure what type of ticket I have bought and what my rights are. For example: can I use other trains and transits with the ticket I have already purchased? Could I for example get another train which could get me to my destination in time, or get a train later in Zürich which would allow me to reach Geneve two hours later?
