I suggest you to buy two tickets, the first one from Basel to Geneva on sbb.ch (departure 9:03 arrival 11:47) or perhaps earlier, to have more time in Geneva to change. 12 minutes are very short. If the train from Basel is late, you have to wait three hours in Geneva for the next one to Moutiers.
You can buy the second ticket on sncf-connect.com, Geneva departure 11:59, arrival Moutiers Salins Brides L Bains 15:10. If you are 60 yo or older, you should indicate your age and you will get a reduction in France.
