New Swisspass - Issue with Address where Swisspass will be delivered

I have verified my identity and put in a swiss address where my swisspass should be sent to.
Unfortunately after clicking confirm, and a spinning icon appears and then disappears after a few seconds, no confirmation or error so I’m not sure my swisspass has been sent or anything.

It usually takes 10 days to send the SwissPass card. Please check at swisspass.ch whether a photo is still required and whether your newly added address has been entered correctly. If all the data is correct and complete and you have not received a SwissPass after these 10 days, please contact the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).

FabianBl Thank you so much for your help.
I’m not sure how to check at swisspass.ch whether a photo is required or not as the url simply gives me 3 options: 1) Change Address, 2) Modify Contact Channels and 3) FAQ.
My identity was verified, but after I entered my postal address for where I would like my swisscard shipped, the confirm button loaded but then stopped, so I’m not sure that my address was confirmed and whether my swisscard was shipped or not.

I assume that the 10 days mentioned have now expired. I therefore recommend that you contact our SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.). My colleagues will certainly be able to help you.

Hi Fabian, Thank you very much for your help, I have resolved the issue by buying the swisspass at the kiosk desk, thank you so much for your help!
