I have serious problem with your service. As a person who take a train once or two times a week to go from Prilly Malley to Geneva, I saw impolite behavior several times from SBB employees with many people. I always have my ticket but still it is annoying when they treat people like they are thief! Last time I got my ticket from Morges to Geneva because it was supposed that I go to Morges with my friend’s car but his plan got canceled so I took another ticket from Prilly Malley to Morges. I arrived in Morges I changed the platform and waited for the train. The train arrived to the platform ai checked the destination it was going to Geneva so I took it! Controler came and said you don’t have ticket I checked and saw that my ticket was for the same destination the same platform but for a train which should come ten minutes later that the one that I took. He gave me a fine of 100chf and treated me like I stole something! This is not acceptable at all and it ruined my day! Last week I was coming back from geneva to Lausanne it had 30 minutes delay without any notice in advance! My friend and my dog came to the gare to see me when I arrived my dog was shivering from cold weather so do I! Are you going to reimburse me for that? If not for ten minutes mistake why should I pay 100chf and being behaved like a thief?
