Chairiembee33 I bought a Saver Day Pass with Full price without half-fare travelcard but have one-month half-price travelcard involving the day of saver-day. Is it possible to get the reimbursement because I overpaid while buying the saver day.
RolandP Hello Chairiembee33 Yes, there is. A ticket that was purchased at full fare while you hold the half fare card can be cancelled. It is one of the only exceptions where a Saver ticket is reimbursed. A 10 CHF admin fee will be charged with each refund request.
