I have made a mistake. I bought a half fare card for my wife and I for our upcoming holiday to Switzerland. I bought the discount cards first, all okay, there are on my app.
I have now bought a series of tickets (Saver Day Passes). Unfortunately when buying them I did not apply the half fare discount code in my wife and my profile. I wrongly thought this was automatic and the discounted fare’s would apply.
I was hoping to get a refund on these tickets so I can buy them at the reduced rate. I can’t see where I can do this or speak to someone to discuss it further, all information is on my app and I have exported the tickets details.
