Hello!

I bought Swiss Travel Pass 2 days ago from your website purchase as guest. I selected visa as payment method and I did submit the verfication code given from my bank. However, up till now, I still have not received any email from SBB regarding my Swiss Travel Pass. I did not receive any reference number after finishing my payment process. I don’t know what’s going on. Need your help.

As a general saying, if you haven’t got a purchase confirmation e-mail, the purchase was not successful.

Have you entered the e-mail address correctly? Have you checked the SPAM folder? Have you checked if the money was indeed debited from your bank account and was not only reserved? Have talked to your bank to see if the payment was successful?

If the Swiss Travel Pass purchase was not successful and your money has not been debited, you might want to purchase it once more, yet from the Swiss Travel Center. Their webshop is more “tourist-friendly” and less “picky” what concerns tourist credit cards: Swiss Travel Pass | Switzerland Travel Centre

Thanks for your reply. I will check my bank about this transaction. I’m thinking to buy STP when I arrive Zurich. Can I find SBB office in Zurich airport? If so, where is the location and when is the opening hour? Looking forward to hearing from you again soon.

The SBB Travel Office is just above the Zurich Airport train station. You will walk by on your way to the platforms. Simply follow the signs “Bahn/Train” when leaving the baggage hall. It is all well signposted.

You can, of course, buy the STP from the SBB Travel Office. Keep in mind that this will be a physical ticket, if you lose it, or it gets stolen, there is no replacement. While the electronic version is a PDF that can be reprinted as many times as required, or even be presented from your mobile device.
