Luggage transferring

Hi, looking for advise for the following
1) Arrive at Cornavin Station, on 5Apr. Thinking of arranging 6 luggages trsf to a hotel in Montreux. I understand this is under Station-to-Door? Qn: the despatch will be on 7Apr ? Can we specify the arrival time to be at night so we will be at the hotel to receive ? Or is it possible for them to handover to the hotel staff assuming hotel staff agree ?
2) On 13Apr, we want to get. door-to-door express. So to handover in the morning at Lucern Airbnb and receive it at night in Zurich Hotel ? Noted the pick up time is 6am-9am, wondering are we able to request specific pick up time as we are leaving early in the morning from the Airbnb.

If you would like to have your luggage transported from Cornavin station to a hotel in Montreux, you can use the “Station-to-Door” service. Normally, collection takes place the day after dispatch, in your case on 6 April. It is possible to set the arrival time for the night, with a surcharge of CHF 15.00 so that you can be at the hotel to receive the luggage. Time slot between 18.00 and 23.00 hours
For express door-to-door delivery, you can use the service to collect your luggage from the Airbnb in Lucerne and receive it at your hotel in Zurich on the same day. The pick-up time is usually between 6am and 9am. If you would like a specific pick-up time as you are leaving early in the morning, I recommend that you specify this when booking. Please note that the carrier cannot accommodate all time slots.
