How to Cancel Train Ticket Purchased Through SBB App

I would like to find out how to cancel point to point ticket in SBB App, is it by selecting ‘Delete’ when i am within the ticket screen? I am not sure if i am only deleting my records or the ticket when i do that.

A refund through the app works is possible, provided you had purchased the ticket as a registered user.

Open the ticket in the SBB Mobile App,
then click the three dots in the right upper corner,
then choose refund ticket

There is a CHF 10 for each refund request. A refund is only possible for point-to-point tickets valid in the future.
