I purchased 3x train tickets from Geneva to Florence online last week for the 6th of August 2023. After purchasing I received a notification from my bank confirming purchase and the money was deducted, I also received an emailed receipt of confirmation of payment and the tickets. However, the purchase is no longer visible on my bank account history and an amount similar to which I paid has reappeared in my bank with no attached details. Is it possible that there has been a cancellation of the train I booked and the amount has been revoked from my account or refunded and I just haven’t received an email from SBB to inform me?
Have tried to contact by phone to find out but unable to get through, is there an email contact that is available for further help?
