Swiss travel pass not appearing on SBB mobile app

Hey,

I first created an account on SwissPass and then bought swiss travel pass ticket. I am positive I was logged in when I bought the tickets. However, I don’t see the tickets on SBB mobile even when using the same account as swisspass. I can’t figure out why I can’t see the travel passed on sbb mobile. I can see the tickets and passes when I login to the swisspass website under my account.

Any help is appreciated.

On the app, can you try to log out and log in again?

Thank you for your request.

You can not see your ticket at www.swisspass.ch.

Normally you received your Swiss Travel Pass Tickets throw the email.

So i recommend you to control your emails.

Also you can log in under this link: Login | SwissPass

and than in your account under “orders” you gonna see the Swiss Travel Pass you bought.

And if you did not see it under the SBB App than i recommend you to logout and login again.

RolandP - Yes, I tried that with no luck. When I chatted with sbb.ch customer service they said it is due to the fact that our travel is not until end of Sept. I am not convinced about their answer though.
