Filisur belongs to the Rhaetian Railways (RhB) and is not serviced by SBB. To obtain accurate information you have to contact RhB railways:

RolandP Hi Roland, this raised another question from me. I bought 2 days Saver Day Pass from SSB, I plan to use it from Tiran to Chur, then Chur to Andermatt, Andermatt to Chiasso. Different rail companies should be ok, right? Thanks. -Emily

Yes, train tickets are valid throughout the country, no matter the operator. This is one of the great advantages of the public transportation in Switzerland.

It is only that the services in the stations (such as lockers) are the responsibility of the operating company.
