Today I was running to the train, enable the easy ride and unfortunately didn’t have enabled internet (I was running with two babies that were sick heading to the doctor) and it ended up not being enabled. After two station the sbb employee came and I ended up taking the phone, the app gave me an error and the ticket was only bought at that time meaning that he thought I was cheating which is not true.
I tried explaining the situation, with two crying babies, and while talking with the other colleagues I heard him calling me something like Schweine-Einwanderer or pig immigrant. I’m learning German and didn’t want to confront him with such accusation. He continued being extremely aggressive while the babies were crying a lot saying that I should not talk and accept the swiss rules. Again he mentioned pig immigrant to the other colleagues. I don’t understand why being so aggressive. Can someone help me?
I’m a loyal and always paying customer as can be seen my great sbb record (he could see that in the app), so this is a very sad and racism situation. Is this normal?
