Your colleagues told me that it can be used until 05:00 am on the 3rd day… is this true?
This is not correct. It is valid from midnight to midnight.
→ The period of validity of a field begins at midnight on the day entered and ends at midnight on the following day.
→ If travelling beyond midnight, a completed box is only valid up to the station at which the train is scheduled to stop before midnight. From this station onwards, a new field must be filled in, or a ticket purchased.
