Wrong Dates

I have 3 swiss travel passes that have the wrong valid dates on them, please advise how to change them to the correct dates.

I thought I had selected the valid to/from dates when purchasing but when checking them on receipt of the passes I found they were set as valid from the day of purchase.

Can they be changed or do I have to ask for a refund and repurchase?

Hi thanks for updating. I called helpline. They have cancelled the Swiss pass and sent confirmation mail also. Now the status on Swiss pass in app says refunded but amount is not yet credited. Could u pls guide in how many days the amount gets credited? My mode of payment was credit card. Thanks in advance!

I emailed *** ADMIN - Please use the contact form: https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/refund-form.html?stepId=1.1 - ADMIN*** and explained the issue, fix was to buy the tickets with correct dates and provide the SBB service team with the details and they then should refund the money for the tickets purchased with the wrong dates.

It takes 10-15 days to process the refund.

Hi,

I purchased a Swiss pass online and I thought I picked my travel date in June, but the validity of the pass started right away. I did not realize this until a few days later. I put in a request for refund and they said they cannot refund as they cannot prove that I did not use the ticket due to expired validity. I requested the refund when the pass was still valid. Can someone help? I bought two passes and paid around 1300 CHF. It is a lot of money to loose.

This is what happened to me about 10 days ago! In the end I emailed *** ADMIN - Please use the contact form: https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/refund-form.html?stepId=1.1 - ADMIN*** and asked them if they could cancel or change the dates and they said to purchase tickets with the correct dates and send them the details of the replacement tickets and they’d look into refunding full or part of the original ticket costs to me saying that that would take 10-15 days if the conditions for a refund were met.
