Hi,
I purchased a Swiss pass online and I thought I picked my travel date in June, but the validity of the pass started right away. I did not realize this until a few days later. I put in a request for refund and they said they cannot refund as they cannot prove that I did not use the ticket due to expired validity. I requested the refund when the pass was still valid. Can someone help? I bought two passes and paid around 1300 CHF. It is a lot of money to loose.
