I need my S number of my SwissPass

Good evening

I purchased a SwissPass (half fare travelcard) and it is valid on the same day. I found some information on the website:

- my card will be delivered by mail within 10 days

- to use it in the mean time: you can request for a PDF as a temporary SwissPass

But where can I request this? I can’t find any online support or ticketing system. I need my S number to purchase other tickets. I can’t find it in my account on swisspass.ch either. This is frustrating…

Thank you for your request.

If you bought a Swiss Half Fare Card for 1 mounth for Tourist’s online, you gonna received the ticket to your e-mail adress. So for this product you dont need a Swiss Pass.
