how long does refund money take to go to my card

i have refunded tickets on the sbb app, and got the email that it has been refunded. however, the money has not been credited back into my card. will the money automatically go back to the card that i paid with? if yes, how long will it take to be credited back to my card. thank you!

elysaa 2-3 business days? Yes, the money automatically goes back to the card that you paid with. Refunds are never immediately visible in your account.

It can take up to ten days. The refund is handled by a third-party payment provider, not by SBB.
