Hello,
I am visiting Switzerland for a couple of weeks, so I want to buy a 1-month GA travel card. Since I don’t have a SwissPass, I applied for the identity check. After the confirmation, I still can’t find my customer number under my account information, which I need to continue with the process of purchasing a GA travel card. What should I do?

I suggest that you should purchase the 1-month travel card at the SBB travel center upon arrival. It will be much easier.
