Hi kbraatz, During our trip to Europe in April, we found an SBB office at their Genève train station. We provided her with my son’s passport, the train ticket, and an email from the Community Mailer, which advised us to visit the SBB office in the first place (his birthday was off one day). The problem got solved. I would recommend you write an email to the SBB Community Mailer. Hopefully, at some point, someone will write back to you and tell you what to do. We booked the tickets very long ahead of our trip so we had enough time to wait for an email to answer our question. Good luck!
