Villuguz32 Hello. I have received an invoice for half fare but it was without qr code so I made normal payment to their account number writting my costumer number and reference number of the invoice and now as I entered swisspass website i can see that there is a bill with qr code. Is there an option that they havent seen my payment or something? I have screenschoots from the app confirming my payment.
