Reserving Specific seats on GoldenPass Line

I am making my bookings from New Zealand. I have purchased two first class return tickets between Luzern and Interlaken Ost. I would now like to reserve specific seats on both journeys, however the system does not show New Zealand as an option in the country drop box - only six European countries when I have selected actual seats from the seat plan. How do I go about securing these?

I see.

Simply select Switzerland as a country as it does not really matter. It serves for administrative purposes only.

This seat reservation tool is not part of the SBB services, it belongs to Zentralbahn, the operating railway company of this line. Any feedback concerning the seat reservation tool you would have to send to them:
