Yes, you can. But you have to inform SBB about your new address by either calling the SBB Contact Center (0848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08, waiting times may occur - best to call after 9 p.m.), or by seeing a ticket agent at the SBB Travel Center of your choice.
Furthermore, depending on the country you move to, the auto-renewal function of your Halbtax contract may be deactivated. Check with the person in charge.
