Identity check selfie neutral expression

Hi,

I’m trying to complete my identity check so I can get my BonusPass. I have received the SMS, scan my ID successfully, but when it comes to taking the selfie it doesn’t accept any of the ones I’ve taken. It asks to try a neutral expression, without smile, which I’m doing but the error continues. Then it says it will take a video but the app never loads that step.

Is there any advice? I’m currently outside of Switzerland. I arrive on Sunday March 31 and wanted to use the BonusPass right away.

It seems it was a problem was incompatibility with Firefox on android. The link worked perfectly in Chrome, but unfortunately I figured it out after too many tries, so I have to do the identity check in person. It’s a shame because it’s a system failure. For example, during the part when you have to tilt your ID, in Chrome the flash activates and in Firefox it does not.
