Invoice via email for cash purchase

I bought 4 tickets at the SBB Shop counter in Zurich and was told that the ticket and the invoice will be coming via email, I did get the ticket via email but never received the invoice with itemized prices. Does anyone know how can I get a copy?

To obtain a copy of your invoice with itemized prices for the tickets purchased at the SBB Shop counter, you can follow these steps:

Sign in at SBB.ch with your SwissPass login.
Navigate to your orders.
Select the time period for which you wish to view tickets you purchased. You can sort by travel date or order date.
Click on “Search orders”.
Your tickets will be displayed for the chosen time period.
Click on “Print tickets” to view, save, or print the receipt.

This receipt can act as your sales receipt and is VAT compliant, which means it can be used for tax returns, expenses claims, or confirmations of purchase.

Goofocoqu76 You will never get a separate invoice if you paid the tickets cash, this detail might have got lost in translation. You would only get an invoice for SBB tickets in case a monthly invoice would be chosen as payment option instead of credit card etc. while purchasing the tickets.
As already stated above, the printouts or PDF of your tickets will be the expected evidence e.g. your company expense department should be happy with. Just like an old-fashioned paper ticket bought from a vending machine (or a scan of it).
