Changing Times on Website / Unclear Scheduling

When I search for trains there is a list of trains as normal. When I click on a train to buy tickets, the new page which has the different ticket options shows the train Dep and Arr times as an hour in the past. E.g. If I click on a Zurich to Geneva Airport @ 5:30am-8:30am, the ticket page shows the train as 4:30am-7:30am.

What is happening and what is the actual train time? Is it a website malfunction due to a daylight savings time error?

We are not aware of any errors related to the time change. What date are you trying to purchase a ticket for? From which country are you doing the search? Thank you for your feedback.

As @Chiara_S said, SBB is aware of this technical fault.

However, the departure time is not relevant to purchase a point-to-point ticket. Such a ticket is valid for the route you choose for the entire day, no matter what train departure you choose. In Switzerland, despite saver offers, you book a ticket for a route, not for a specific train.

It’s for Wednesday the 17th of April. The error was initially noticed on the earliest (5:30ish) train but it appears on all of them. I am making the booking from the UK.

Sorry, I have read that @Chiara_S SBB is aware because I knew that SBB is aware of it. However, I am not sure if this was already the case when @ChiaraS replied to your post, as this topic popped up recently. And, I know my colleague @ChiaraS as a very knowledgable person.
