Orders older than 1 year ago

Hello, I was asked to provide the tickets I purchased for the whole 2022. I am aware of the function to get the history of the orders, but it does not return anything that is older than 1 year. Being now in 2024, is there a way I can get those receipts or something about the whole 2022?.

I am sorry, but ticket purchase receipts are available for up to one year. It is not possible to trace older orders.
